Present simple. This is a tense which is used to express actions that take place in the present and frequency, that is, every day, every morning, etc.

affirmative enunciated

-John washes the dishes every day. (John lava los platos cada día).
-You work in a company. (Tú trabajas en una empresa).
-He drinks a lot of water. (Él toma mucha agua).
-He flies an airplane.(él vuela un avión).
-She studies for the test of tomorrow.(ella estudia para el prueba de mañana).

enunciated negative.

-I don't like broccoli.(No me gusta el brócoli).
-He doesn't sing in the shower.(Él no canta en la ducha).
-I do not like the basket ball.(no me gusta el basket bool).

Interrogative enunciated

-Do you run in the park everyday? (¿Corres en el parque todos los días?)

present progressive.
This progressive comprises the verb "to be" verb and a special called gerund (Gerunda). The gerundio formed usually by adding-ing at the end of the verb.

-They are laughing.(Ellos se están riendo).
-Jacob is smiling.(Jacobo esta sonriendo).
